Your insights are so helpful. In this very dark time in my life when my marriage is in crisis, the constant laughing is. confusing and destabilizing. It makes me question my instincts. with a broken heart, the laughter makes me wonder what’s wrong with me. This is a very serious subject for me.
The great thing about being free is that none of us is the same and we all want different things. No matter what any relationship specialist tells you, you choose what to believe and what not to. We came here to live the lives we want, no musts, no shoulds, no haves
Dear Alison and Hale, Thank You so much for this video!!! Thank You for all your work and your releasing and the fun you are having when releasing :)) There is so much joy and freedom that comes with it for ourselves and others. Blessings and Love, Isabella
In several videos I have heard Alison touch upon the concept of apologies and how men have trouble saying I am sorry I hurt you and women have trouble saying I am sorry I disrespected you. But, I have yet to find a video where she expands on explaining this. How would you explain to a man the value of saying "I am sorry I hurt your feelings" if he is subscribing to the idea that he didn't do anything wrong so therefore he should not have to apologize. My take on it is that saying I am sorry is not always an admission of wrong doing, but rather in many contexts an expression of empathy. I would love to hear Alison expand on this one.
An interesting thing I remember from Alison, she related that a man in her course was using the apology method, by apologizing to himself in a mirror, in the place of a person that wasn't ever gonna apologize. Interesting stuff.

Hi Alison 😁. Is welcoming the same as surrendering?
Welcoming is simply noticing what's here now.
👍👍👍👍👍👍
