This dude is definitely cracked. Very good rotations, very good game sense, reaction and map knowlegde. There is no sign of hacking, he played way to passive and intelligent for knowing exactly where the enemies at in case of hacks. People hiding in small bushes are actually pretty easy to see if you get used to it.
Im sorry to tell you. but it should be an easy task to see the bodyshape sticking out of the usually flat roofs in 0.1 seconds or you better quit the game because of skillissues. I saw this mf staying there instantly when he jumped in line of sight. Not that hard if your eyes and brain work together :D Preaiming the guy in the corner is straight up game/map knowlegde. 9/10 Times with a circle this small there is a rat hiding in exactly this corner of the building. I always pre aim those corners. Again.,.. Skillissue if you dont.

At 7:50 he preaims a sniper. Sure he MAY have seen the glint but i sure didn't watching back multiple times at 0.25 speed. Seems hacked to me.
At 7:13 he mounts on a window ledge aiming at where his next kill end up being, premaims the exact spot the guy is in as he comes around the corner.
