I've been lucky enough to meet Sashi and his beautiful wife in a mall a few years back and they were so humble and sweet as ever .He even took his time to have an actual conversation and that honestly made me admire him even more ❤️
yea you can easily cook a half done breast in 5 mins on the stove top using a pan. actually tastes almost better lol but you lose some juicyness, and sauce
Sashi was a phenomenal cook and such a sweet guy, he absolutely deserved to win! This was so nostalgic to watch, with the old judges and everyone, good times.
Arguably the 2nd best MasterChef Australia winner after Billie in terms of domination and showing technique. He not only brought his culture to the fore but also managed to show versatility on demand.
All judges are really good ,they never insulted participants, always respect there food and if they want any changes in dish they say very polietly to participants. All they are good human being because they always improve confidence.
Australias Masterchef is the best one. The presenters are mentors and they support the contestants. They’re not mean. They bring in guest chefs, like all the proper world class ones. They challenge and teach the group. They hold classes at the end of each week. The challenges are reasonable. The contestants support each other. And as the viewer you learn sooooo many skills. It’s the best.
I watched another video of Master chef australia and i felt shocked too to see everyone clapping for the good cook. Then I thought it's good i watched it so learned something.
Being a hotelier, It reminded me of final year of food production exam, when you can feel the pressure of every single seconds and you also have to create a unique presentation. You really nailed it,specifically the decision with the roasted chicken, undercooked n u did it with only 6 more minutes Love from northeast India
What a healthy environment & culture in Australia. The competitors seem brainwashed, so happy for the others. Media is full of negative videos, Masterchef Australia is a channel who brings faith in humanity 👏👏
Agree. I have watched a few masterchefs videos and the best is from Australia. UK is dull, Canada is showoff, USA errrrr .... let's not go there, India sleepy head judges but really can appreciate the contestants who take Indian food to next level. Kudos to MC Aust. 😃 😊

The roasted chicken looked amazing. Tic Toc Tic Toc. Sounds like a fantastic recipe and it is except if it is undercooked with no time to spare. Amazon car hop trays.

for me its 3, Renold Sashi and Matt Sinclair

@jrwhite7916 is spitting facts
Reynold deserved to win back to win. It kinda felt like it was rigged against him. But what a character
I like how Sashi thought of a solution when the breast was undercooked. He pulled off the mindset of improvise, overcome, and adapt.
Yea with 6 mins anyone wouldve blanked
"Adapt react readapt apt" - Michael Scott
Actually it was improvise adapt overcome from undisputed 2
yea you can easily cook a half done breast in 5 mins on the stove top using a pan. actually tastes almost better lol but you lose some juicyness, and sauce
he put a semi-raw thing that needed to be well done into the pan. Having an IQ of 50 or above allows you to do that.
Masterchef Australia without a doubt has the best judges, they show so much emotion instead of trying to hide how they feel for the suspense
