Marth's side smash is actually frame 10. I don't see how or why you want Marth to be nerfed when 99% of the community considers him to be mid tier or lower.

Both Marth and Lucina are awesome to play as. Honestly, for me at least, tippers just feel way too awesome to land. I love it 🤤
