When I listen to this I am finally able to get my assignments done efficiently without getting distracted by small random thoughts and external stimuli!!! THANK YOUUUUU
This works best for me when I spend 5-10 minutes getting “into study mode”, such as making my bed, organizing my desk. And then starting my work with this in the background. We can beat procrastinating & be our best selves! It just takes practice & grace❤
Agreed. Start the music and do something basic organizing. Def dont jump right into mental tasks if you can help it. The only exception to this is (with or without music) I might play a small card/board game solo that has simple rules to follow. This organizes the brain if you can push past the first couple mins (helps if its one you know well.) If you dont partake then maybe something simple like a round of solitaire. And finally there are some days its not meant to be. Dont beat yourself up for those ADHD days. Do other things adjacent, be more physical, edit something instead of writing, organize your notes, etc.
The opening scene in which the spool of fish are swimming in a right spiral formation is a profound insight in terms of how the universe and nature move.
The true secret of this music is that it reduces "internal reading voice" by a considerable amount. Whereas in silence you would read the words in your mind, drastically slowing down your reading speed, and with normal music, you would get distracted, with this monotone music your brain is filled up by the frequencies and your internal speech is minimized, making way for the pure flow of information to come through. Eliminating the reading voice in your head is essentially the pillar of all speed reading techniques. (This is not original. I just think it will be helpful for understanding why this helps us concentrate .)
Downloaded my Spotify data. Found the name of the podcast. Found the former artist. Used Wayback Machine on the old spotify link to get here thank God for that and that this is still up.
Wow this calmed me..been asking God to help my son to concentrate im going to play this while he studies, will do it today,im an overactive thyroid patient and this helps me to calm down😢thankyou so much❤
Are you sure these are beta waves? Because those are the waves when you are most tense, awake and alert. And this music is putting me to sleep. I was looking for something to wake me up.
Hi there! I don't know if you know this, but someone has uploaded your music to spotify! I presume without your permission. Just wanted to make you aware!
@@222Berci222 I can't imagine how selfish you must be to think that it's okay for someone to upload other people's work without permission just because it's helpful to you. It doesn't matter if they tagged the creator - it's still wrong.
This is a sad story. coral is supposed to be colorful and vibrant. This sea looks dead. The shot of the land tells all off run-off farming. Our poor choices has brought us to this (mine included).
In Oceanography class my professor showed the whole class what it looked and sounded like for the Coral to be bleached with the acidity in the Ocean. Then he said the organism that keeps the Coral then dies. I said: So your saying if it dies, then it has a soul. He couldn't answer my question.
Hellp. Someone had a copy of of this on Spotify, but that has been taken down. Your own account there does not have a copy. Can you please make sure this is added on. You get paid if I listen on Spotify, so it should help you. UA-cam uses loads of bandwidth and fills up my phone screen.
The idea that certain frequencies help with certain tasks is nothing but pseudo science bs. Frequencies 13-30 are supposed to help you focus on a task, etc. This video did nothing but further my anxiety because it's not working! Hard pass.
Don't know if someone is reading this, but if you are: You are amazing and beautiful! I believe in you! 💗

volume trader😎
This is what they play in my school!
you must have a great school!
With earbud or without?
For me, the best is with noise-canceling headphones/buds.
This thing still got a chokehold on my attention span
You should write the frequency somewhere
30(Hz) BETA (13-30Hz), ALPHA (8-12 Hz), THETA (4-8 Hz), and DELTA(less than 4 Hz).
Is there a Spotify version of this ?
There was but spotify took it down :/
The unhealthy coral is sad to see.... :(
❤
Does it really work??
What is frequency
Rate of movement and pattern
30(Hz) BETA (13-30Hz), ALPHA (8-12 Hz), THETA (4-8 Hz), and DELTA(less than 4 Hz).
