Is the portion of your house that you showed us with the block glass, roof deck, & outdoor kitchen all new construction as well? Looks very nice. Is Udon Thani or Isaan in the hottest pert of Thailand?
All that you see is part of the original build Allen.
Udon Thani is a great place to settle. Wonderful countryside and a bustling city centre.
We wouldn't choose anywhere else to call home.
Hi there, don't you feel the need to install a screen door between your cooking area & the living area for peace of mind to keep out un welcome slithering visitors ect so as to keep the door open for the evening breeze?
Never a problem. Always leave this door open when at home.
5 years later and I still have not finished my house in Thailand as I am still stuck in the UK for the last 3 years.
No rush John. Will give you something to do when you get here 👍

I’ve just come back from Udon Thani after spending 12 days in velah dhi hotel, scouting out my retirement living years. Udon Thani is certainly the place for me, away from the heavily trodden tourist haunts of Pattaya and Phuket. The lifestyle foods and essential services are all here….I can lease my home in Australia and live like a 🤴 😊
