I'm not good with explaining stuff but I searched for it on Google, I wrote 'Gacha Neon download apk' and like there is this top link that you will see you can click on it and you'll see the download button but if you click the download button it will most likely say that it's harmful for your device but ignore that because it's not true so like just wait for it to download and it will be ready to be installed and that's it-
