Gun experts! These guys can have guns to defend their land, But Citizens of the USA? NOOO TOO DANGEROUS
@@CommaGaming Actually those guns they have are smuggled in from the USA, guns are banned in Mexico.
He even said the guy had and “M4” when it’s clearly and AR15 this journalist is stupid and could have just say, “there’s a guy with a rifle” too much dramatization.
Libertards with their gender fluid angels 😂
@@CapsFan117guns aren’t banned in Mexico. They’re regulated and you can only buy them in DF. Farmers are allowed to buy guns to protect themselves and their livestock from predators and such.
If you're hesitant to buy an avocado after seeing this, you're doing it wrong. Rather buy more avocados. At least this isn't an illegal drug. Make those farmers richer. Then they will be able to better protect themselves and their families by buying better equipment. And remember their hard work.

dang those are some bad ass farmers and some sad ass criminals.
My family has a farm of avocados and corn in Mexico. This is one of my fears when it comes to the things they may be facing. Their land is in another Mexican state but nonetheless, I’m sure the threat is very similar.
as a young farmer, please tell them thank you.
Likewise my grandfather has an orchard as well in this very exact state (Michoacan).
Which Mexican state? The threat would vary dramatically from state to state. Central Mexico would be more dangerous for this kind of thing.
I have very poor health i can only eat fruit and avacados and corn are so delicious. I love deliciousness because I cook for rich ppl they love my food. 😂 I found cilantro in the moutians and my friends laughed at me but this is who I am. Lol.

@Jan Garcia Not likely. Vice does this consistently and has since the jump.

"It's good," he said as he was planning to get to the hospital right away after eating the avocado.
I'm gonna make you cry. There is so much avocado in Michoacan, it literally rots on the streets.
As a Chicano (Mexican-American) I love the light this has brought onto beautiful Mexico and the hardships people go through on a daily just to provide for their families. Opportunities are scarce but those who seek shall find a way.
I like that they are armed & defending themselves.
The right to bear arms is an important thing.
It’s a shame that Mexican local, state & federal governments aren’t strong enough to keep its people safe.
The one dislike is from the cartel 🤣
Probably from the different cartel that wanted to offer protection to them for money yet they refused

Lol 😂 I laughed so hard when the reporter ask”how often to you eat rabbit 🐇 “ the Mexican Farmer was like only when gringos come… kind in a sarcastic way of saying not all the time and being ass to the gringo reporter at the same time
I love these Resistance Groups and Vigilante groups that are just Pure Bravery.
Do you know the names of them? I wanna research more about them
@@Avila714 the vigilante group is little bit different from United Cartels aka “Resistance group” I’ll tell u that and what funny is that the government rather supports the United cartels than the CJNG
Those groups are known as "autodefensas". The idea and kind of translation of the name is "self defense group"
Sadly the autodefensa change to bandids not so rarely. Power corrupts. Best is when families are invested like here in peaceful income through labor so they can pay the security forces good and inspire loyalty. Pure autodefensa often turn ro crime

Classic Vice. Sending the dude who's allergic to avocados.
I love how the reporter sat down with them and started eating too
The comment about only eating rabbit when gringos visit reminded me of my mom's stories about Mexican hospitality in the poor villages when she lived in Mexico. She said they always wanted to give guests their best, no matter how humble it was.
My family also grows aguacate in an Indigenous region, but they vowed to never cut down the pines. Those were precious too.
My whole family have hectáreas de huertas de aguacate en Michoacán. They’re always in danger. Crooks have wanted to get one over my grandpa and uncles, but they always have to handle it with pushing back. Those people never sleep and are stubborn as heck. Poor people getting a living means more money for them if they can get away with it.
"So when was the last time you got to enjoy one?"
"I had one this morning"
lol come on dude, it's an avocado. They aren't producing Ferraris there.
Exactly he probably eats them every single day 🤣. I know I would white rice, steak, beans and some green salad with avocado is the best
I grew up in a city that was once an avocado orchard so everyone or their neighbors had a huge tree in their backyard. Whatever didn't get eaten or given away for free, had filled compost bins. I really miss that place every time I see overpriced avo. 😐
Ah same same
“This was a very poor and fucked up region”... well.. I didn’t know that’s what it translated into English. Hahah.
It’s an accurate translation. He said “jodido” which translates quite literally into fucked.
@@danjohnsonspam yes you right, jodido means to be fucked up.
It's also used to say "poor", that state is fucked but the old man meant to say poor.
I'd say "fucked up" has a little stronger connotation than "jodido", but overall it was an accurate translation

The crates were heavy. Honorable work, but hard and long days. It is all consuming, the harvest. You can not skip a day or call in sick. If you broke a leg, you hobble along.
