In the carbon capacitor, how would it behave differently without the separator that allows ions to pass trough? Can you call this separator electrolytic?
And also how do the charges accumulate without a dielectric?
The charges accumulate in the point of contact between the carbon and the electrolyte, but how is it that they stay there?
