I got a kick out of you using a double of yourself for this video. My son does that with his music where he shows himself playing all the instruments. It's a cute and effective technique in self produced videos. I really enjoy your climbing info. Especially this one about tennis elbow as that's started happening to me a little bit. Keep up the excellent climbing content!
For me training my tricep always helped, of course with full range of motion, in like one arm cable tricep extensions to target the long head. But now when i started climbing more and doing less bodybuilding stuff, the pain started coming in again. Thanks for the advice!
How did you know I needed this video at this time? Dealing with Tendonitis in my left elbow right now. Got a Amazon brand Flexbar that I've started using that has also helped a lot.
The elbow pain to a certain degree might also effect from hunched shoulders which cause the elbows to work in an unfavourable plane. Some stretching exercises in the warm up might help to open up your chest and set your shoulders in a more natural position.
