We're speaking about knowledge of the language here!!!

I strongly advise everyone to learn Arabic. There are so many times I would search in English for a religious matter and would find no reliable answer or insufficient explanation. Then I would search the exact same thing in Arabic and find detailed explanations from numerous scholars in both written and video format

If someone has enough time to spend years giving Dawah, he has enough time to take three years to get the basics of Arabic down and then he can learn from scholars. About three years ago Abu mussab was Talking about yq and his explanation Of zombi nonsense. And then he said you should learn Arabic because if you don’t know Arabic you’ll never be able to understand religion properly and get it from the pure source. At the time the video came out I had just arrived in Egypt, so I took to learning Arabic and now I barely listen to his videos, because don’t need abu mussab to translate for me anymore (and for that case yq…) and spend my time listening to scholars in Arabic. Any question I need I can usually find an answer from the Arabic speaking scholars and when I hear nonsense I can usually make it out in no time.
As they say, what do you call a person that speaks three languages? Trilingual.
And what do you call a person that speaks two languages? Bilingual.
What do you call someone who speaks one language? American.
Don’t be lazy, if you really loved Allah,Allah you would take time to learn the language he revealed his revelation to us in.
To get the foundational aspects of Arabic doesn’t take more than two years for a someone who is a go-getter.

The failure of numerous Islamic countries to adopt Arabic when they could have EASILY done it at different points of time in last 1,000 years IS a major source of them falling into toxic non-Islamic ‘cultural’ values that has been disastrous for them over time. While there is no guarantee that even Arab nations will ‘behave’ correctly, the problem in the non-Arabic speaking world is compounded by the fact that you have the darkness of corrupt people/leaders and added to that a sneaky cultural cancer that multiplies the problem in properly understanding some aspects of deen. Pakistan, Turkey, Indonesia, Bangladesh are prime examples today - a lot of things against Islamic values happening there on account of a toxic cultural elements that have been sustained by lack ok Arabic language skills amongst the masses.

Ustad , there are people on internet spreading propaganda against the Hadiths they say even a sahih came to you use your logic first if it does fit with the logic then only accept otherwise drop it...
They show hadith like Musa (AS) story in bukhari in kitab ul ghusl...and other hadith about Prophet SAW
They say because these hadith seems disrespectful, we shouldn't accept them...
Now the problem is if we keep cherry picking the Sahih hadith and choose what we think is correct then what is the need of Islam.

      1. Type on UA-cam "Understand quran 50%" and you will have this Indian or Pakistani brother teaching it in english or in urdu. Basically you can learn 50% Quran vocab in like a month and then progress to 80% and complete that in 2 months. After that you can do the 90% if you want.
      2. Go to "learn arabic language" channel and there a Brother called "Ustadh Mahmoud" teaches Al Arabiyyah bayna yadayk, this learning Basic arabic words, expressions conversation and so on.
