@@ULTIMATEKARATEOFFICIAL Do you have any tips for moving/striking/blocking faster? Im not that fast and i need to have strong and effective attacks.
@@petermavrakis8953 i would recommend starting a strength conditioning program. If you feel like you practice karate enough and you perform well, the only thing that will level you up is by creating a faster stronger body. Weight training, sprints, calisthenics. Do those, and always stay consistent with the karate. It may not be you, but just a matter of reps in and experience. This is part of the journey, you've hit a road block, now you must inject another stimulus to grow.
