Its hard to watch this when u have anxiety also. I can tell shes struggling but the way she stuck through it is so admirable. The amount of strength she had to have had to suppress a panic attack or breathing irregularities that would affect her performance.

Its hard to watch this when u have anxiety also. I can tell shes struggling but the way she stuck through it is so admirable. The amount of strength she had to have had to suppress a panic attack or breathing irregularities that would affect her performance.
Summer is an artist who is outwardly the way I am. It's like yeah, we're human & we have great gifts we wanna share with the world but inwardly a lot be going on. I love Summer for truthfully expressing herself how she feels fit for her. She's finding her groove and can / will only get better with time.

Thinking in terms of spirit, energy and frequency:
Social anxiety is more than just a mental disorder; it's a low vibrational frequency which causes a "free spirit" to be open and sensitive to different energies. Therefore, being surrounded by too many people throws off the vibrations (vibe) of a "free spirit" who suffers from this form of anxiety. It's like a superpower where you can literally FEEL what others are feeling. It's overwhelming and makes a person feel extremely nervous. I'm amazed at how she is able to get through her performances without missing notes from being nervous. #vibratehigher

You can tell how uncomfortable she is, she’s letting the music guide her but still. You can tell how much she just wants to surround herself with music but also be comfortable and chill
I’m just like her. I’m shy around others hate singing in front of people. Have social anxiety that’s why I love her and her music and her personality. I applaud her cause she stood her ground! Cause me I would’ve fucked up and started crying and leave the stage.

Summer is definitely one who wants to make music and that’s it ! I can tell she’s not into this mainstream in front of a camera type persona, she is an artist who wants to create music and leave it at that.. yes she does have social anxiety and it’s definitely something many people deal with. However she is still pushing herself for the love of her fans. One of the many reasons she titled her album OVER IT. She also stated this is the first and last tour .. she has a timeless vibe and voice to match. Her talent is undeniable and her personal style is like none we’ve see before in a long time. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a woman like Summer Walker in this industry. It’s not a lot of artist being themselves and that’s what make Summer stand out . ❤️

It’s so interesting watching her perform live. I personally have never seen an artist look so bored and over it while performing live, but I feel her on so many levels. Social anxiety is a bitch man and sometimes all you want to do is enjoy your craft and that’s it.
