@@Beetlejooce01 My brother moved from Witney to Bournemouth. It’s now full of houses and traffic. The house values and rent here have almost doubled within a short space of time pushing most people out. It’s become a town for the rich now
I worked at Bowyers for a bit, at that time it was about £1.20 a pint and all the pubs were full, we had nightclubs, it was brilliant, now…it’s all changed.
@@Beetlejooce01 The real question is.... has anything been done with the shop at 3:13 it has been closed for as long as i remember. I lived all my life in witney untill afew years ago, couldnt afford to stay. but imho the blaket factory development and madley park were the end of the witmey I loved, eventhe back end of scofield avenue was probably the start of the decline
it was early morning sunrise in july is like 6 in the morning eta: though yes in general there were less cars, but that 86 video of witney is even better for that.
