There needs to be a study on the consumption of K2 from meat because K1 and the synthetic form do not absorb as well and might not pass to the breast milk as well. There might be something to that. Not saying it will make a difference because maybe this is how it's supposed to be but still. Are there studies done showing the later outcomes of children who didn't get Vitamin K vs children who did? Is there immune systems better for example ?

Their package inserts (for drugs THEY make) will contain all the ingredients and the data on the trials- if there were any. Meaning potential side effects are listed as well as contraindications. The minimal safety studies will be listed too.
Vitamin k shot has aluminum in it, listed on the package insert, with a warning that it can be neurotoxic. Aluminum is a heavy metal and heavy metals are known neurotoxins. childrenshealthdefense.org/wp-content/uploads/02-12-20-Pfizer-Hospira-Vitamin-K-shot-aluminum.pdf
