How much variance can you have on the bottom plate to the shoe. I’m wanting to make some American football cleats out of some Jordan’s. Will any cleat bottom work, so long as it is long enough? How much does the actual width vary? Is the variance enough to even worry about?

It's a little hard to tell you because I don't use only one glue while repairing soccer shoes, I use a lot of different adhesives and mix them together. I am sorry but if I use only one glue, I can tell you easily.

It is urethane sheet.

@@BursztynFilms The thickness is 0.5 but it is difficult to repair soccer shoes with general adhesives. Different adhesive types should be used for each part of the soccer shoes, and there are many things to follow, such as the time when the glue dries. In other words, it is difficult to briefly tell you how to repair soccer shoes because you need to use adhesives that meet the conditions of soccer shoes parts and know the progress time.

what glue are you using to glue the outsole and the shoe?
Look for a video on UA-cam called “Air Jordan 11 Full Reglue Tutorial” by RESHOEVN8R. The product that they use in that video might be similar.

힐컵 내부가 미끌거리는 소재때문에 물집이 자꾸 잡히는데 힐컵내부 소재교체도 가능한가요?
뒤꿈치 힐컵부분을 다른소재로 교체하면 될것으로 판단이 되지만 신발을 직접봐야 정확한 진단이 가능할것 같습니다.

교체하시는 스터드에 따라 다르겠지만 한켤레당 10~30g 정도 나며 보통 일반인들이 느끼지는 못하는 정도일것입니다~^^

ruined the structure of the boots. without the heel counter its useless. you needed to change it for a similar soleplate.
As you say, I know that without the heel cup, soccer shoes don't work. In the 7:36 second video, you can see the external heel counter(white color) being inserted.
@@leeandyang outside heel counter was needed.
@@weaponX14 As you know, the heel counter has an outside and inside so I just use a built-in heel counter with inside heel counter and mashed it with a different leather.
