Great review! You have all the cool test equipment to check out the USB ports; nice! I also have the AC180 and the EcoFlow Delta 2. The Delta 2's fans are loud as h3!! compared to the AC180 and the AC180 has about 100 watt-hrs more battery capacity but both are capable units and do the job. A little trick with the AC180 (or Delta 2) is to set the charge speed to silent when using a larger load such as the microwave. This kind of switches the mode from UPS to pass thru charging. The advantage is now you don't have to worry about tripping your breaker because the AC180 will pick up the "overload" of the microwave for short periods allowing you to use more than the 15 to 20 amps you are allotted. I use the same trick as i only have 1 20 amp circuit allotted as well and the AC180 and Delta 2 give me a 3600 watt buffer above my 20 amp service. At $499 (Black Friday deals), both the AC180 and Delta 2 are too good to pass up.
I actually just got a Ecoflow Delta 2. Pretty much an apples to apples comparable unit to this Bluetti. The Ac180 has about 120 more WH though. I mostly went for the EF over this because it has 2 100w USB C ports instead of 1 and has the battery extender port on the side. Il prob still get an AC180 at some point when next round of sales are on. Got so many other Bluetti products But IMO around this 1800w Output / 1KWh capacity sort of size if the perfect all rounder sort of thing. I have got a Bluetti AC200P (2KW output/ 2KWh capacity) but i find its way to heavy to use as a portable unit. And the smaller units start to get too limited for honestly not being 'that' much smaller. EG the River 2 Pro (800w/768WH) really isnt much smaller and lighter than the Delta 2 while being much less capable. Just my 2 cents anyway. And obviously all depends on your use case. Most of the time im using it to charge power tool batteries while on the road or non powered job sites, run work lights. Run my microwave in the car for lunch etc.
Great review! I ordered one after living through Hurricane Helene in NC. It’s on the way! I went with Bluetti after camping with a friend in her RV. Her Bluetti kept us connected to civilization when we wanted it.
Hi thanks for the upload! Hi I have a question, between the galaxy charging pad for wireless charging, vs the samsung 3 in 1 duo, which do you recommend for fastest wireless charging? thank you!
hello ive watched you review on anker power bank 533 and i wonder does it fast charge your samsung phone ? cuz ive been using the anker nano pro 20w charger and it worked fine with my iphone but once i used it with a samsung phone it gave that warning to check on cable and it was not charging fast and once i checked everyone is saying cuz iq3 is not compitable with samsung phones and i see that the usb c port on this power bank also says iq3 so according to ur experience does it fast charge or no ?
