I hear him all the time commentating the floor events. This is the first time I've seen him on camera. Now I realize I always thought he was in his fifties due to his very polished speaking and tremendous voice.
He kept insinuating that Fallon was going to lose in a valiant effort.
She is class when she’s switched on and not giving herself a hard time for lazy misplaced darts

If she can clear up those haphazardous visits, she's a top tier player capable of beating anyone on her day. She's definitely talented enough to do so.
Fallon sherock was brilliant , l will never forget Fallon's performance against Van Gerwen in the Nordic classic final. Van Gerwen was playing well and averaging over 100 . Yet Fallon sherock was sitting on 60 to go 7- 3 up . Van Gerwen was pumping fists trust me the fact she is female was out the window. When he was down 6-3 he was sweating seriously.
She was magnificent this girl can seriously play. She could of sulked missing out on Australia, New Zealand and the States world series because of Covid 19 . However she has obviously been practicing hard and l am so happy that her amazing talent is now coming out. Hopefully people have woken up and realised she is a special talent. All she needs is consistency and she will get her tour card.

Catastrophic mistake by Monk in the decider: With the third dart on 260 he should have gone 18s or 25. He went 20s, left himself a BOGY-number, and then hit two trebles the visit after. So you can say his counting cost him a matchdart here and maybe the game

Other then it being a World Championship Deta Hedman did everything Fallon has done 15 years ago in the PDC the only difference in the 2 is that the PDC didn't see dollar signs back when Deta was doing it. Oh and Deta would be considered the better Darts player historically between the two, by far.

She does get lucky now and then... maybe I'd be more on board with her being "the greatest thing just EVER", if she was dominating the women's side of it. She ain't. When she plays against women, she has to prove herself and there is pressure. When she plays against a guy, there is no pressure. If she loses, it was still a great earth-shattering feat (according to the announcers and her 'fans") and if she wins icing on the cake because "she is so super talented and gifted and will soon be on top of ALL the guys in the PDC" even though she can't make it to the top of the women's game.
Nice to see Fallon play well and win a proper game without boos raining down on her opponent. Super comeback. Back to back 180s in the decider and a bad choice by her opponent to try for a 135.

she has the potential to be a top pdc player. with 104 averages it will compete with anyone, even the very best like MVG and co do not always throw 100+ averages. Her problem is consistancy she can throw 104 average then next match throw 80.
Every tour card holder can do the exact same, nothing special. It’s the consistency that makes top pdc players and if that’s her problem then she isn’t gonna be one

The ladies just need more games with the men to get their averages up consistently to truly compete with the men, it would probably take 10 years and more women coming through for that to happen though.
