Girl if you're looking for the Afro-brazilian community in Rio go to Madureira, I'm sure you'll find lots of hair salons there for your hair type. Also if you like dancing go to baile charme at Viaduto de Madureira or Madureira park lots of RNB linedancing and a really strong black community there, I'm sure you'll love it, lots of girls rocking all the afro hairstyles out there too 🙂
