I prepared for this test by gradually incorporating running and strength training into my routine, and it paid off! I completed the PREP test in an impressive 2 minutes, aiming for the required 2 minutes and 37 seconds. 🏃💨

But here's the twist: Even though I passed my exam, I wasn't selected for the position. 🙁 However, I'm not letting that discourage me. I'm staying motivated, pursuing my passion, and continuously improving myself. 💪💯

veere, if i am not wrong for police constable job we need to do only 20m shuttle run and if we want special constable position we need to do this prep test, shuttle run, pushups, sit and reach, core endurance? i mean this prep test is only for special constables but not for police constable position?
You may be required to complete a PREP test as part of the hiring process for a Police Constable position. Some services administer this test during the pre-hiring stage, while others may conduct it at a later stage.

When you PR. I believe you xan apply after 3 years of PR.
You only need to be a Permanent resident there is not 3 year requirement.

You have to be in Canada to apply, and the Canadian Permanent Resident

It's not like a regular job. You have to search for a special constable job near you in which location you live in
