Hi Babul, Made the Garlic Chicken Madras last night. Absolutely fantastic! Stunning flavour! Like you mentioned, it's a game changer and takes the Madras to a new level and It does! I've cooked many of your recipes and every one I've cooked has always been extremely authentic, flavorsome and delicious. Thank you for your great video tutorials. Look forward to more BIR recipes. Regards. Kevin
Hi babil just watched your Bombay aloo video now the galicmadras what a treat they both look fantastic pass me a naan then I’m in heaven we’ll done my mouths watering.
hello, thanks for your video what did you put in chicken. is it boiled or marinated or what please mention this as I can see the chicken color is different than the boiled one.
Hi, thank you and great question, I used pre cooked chicken just like BIR, here’s my recipe for it. Thanks again and enjoy 🙌 ua-cam.com/video/TO5Jnp0Wzq0/v-deo.html
Amazing and Delicious recipe 😋 Absolutely Mouthwatering. 🤤 definitely love your recipe. thanks for sharing this awesome video. Plz stay connected dear friend ❤
Looks great 👍🏼 When you use tomato purée, what do you use? Tomato purée for me is a thick paste that comes in tubes, but yours looks quite thin and watery. Do you water down the purée or is it passtta? 🤔
Hey thanks so much asking, the tomato purée has been diluted in water, check out the video which shows the process. The tomato purée was a bit on thin on this video hence I used two spoon but generally it would slightly thicker and one use one spoon. Hope this and video helps. ua-cam.com/video/rieHCQhg7Vk/v-deo.html
Great to see you back I'm quite new to ur channel, I've already frozen a pot of your base gravy in portions, have a jar of ur mix powder in the cupboard & a few of ur curries under my belt. This one will probably be next! Hope to see many more videos in the future :)))
I've made loads of Madras curries from UA-cam none have got close to my local or any other I go too, so base gravy on stove mixed powder made let's get cooking lol will let you know. Great video by the way
Challenge is on, I’ll hold on tight to hear the verdict bud 😀😀 must say not many will include black pepper powder or fry the garlic first as I’ve done in thjs recipe which gives it more depth in the flavours/heat. other than that it’s your standard BIR madras. Look forward to hearing back and enjoy 😉
This looks fantastic Babul.. Madras is my go to curry, so I will definitely try this one. Happy New Year to you and your family, and I look forward to more recipes!
@@TheBengaliCook Nice one. Looking forward to trying it. Even though I'm a Brummie raised on Balti, I won't complain if you don't cook it in a balti dish. 😅
I’ll happily point people in the right direction for aluminium pans/khari’s if you’re passing through Leicester. Some of the online prices are shocking…and that’s before postage!
@@TheBengaliCook not just in this video but in every one I’ve watched so far. Are you sure you’ve worked in a BIR. I’m sure if you had, you’d know how to say BIR.
