      There is an extension called multi formatter that allows you to do that

    The way settings "work" in VSC is bs, they're so intertwined and criss-crossed that half the times you end up closing the settings and simply choose to go back to your code and keep cursing the editor when it misbehaves :D

      Settings > Playback Speed > 0.25 to 0.75
