    Your my favourite yoga instructor! Love, love this workout and all of your other workouts! If possible, one hour or 45 minute workout would be awesome! Not able to get your one hour prime workouts in my area! 😏

    Love your workouts Julia! You are very informative during your workouts and explain all moves very well and explain how each move works the body. I like that you don't insert meaningless gibberish like other videos I've tried tend to do. Thank you for making it fun and informative.

    Great workout video, Julia is awesome. Very clear directions, a consistent pace to get your heart rate up and she helps me feel motivated to complete the exercises. :)

    I tried doing hiit before but I would always give up..I started following your yoga routine and then tried hiit..I could do hiit much much better..I guess yoga helped me prepare my body to do intense workouts. Thanks a lot
