i’ve always really liked the movie
i haven’t read the book but listening to the author was amazing. I definitely will have to read his books. Everything was so thought provoking in the best way
thank you for posting it :)
thanks very much for sharing this!
My favourite books. My favourite film.
Odd the repeated comments about Kidman not having previously proved her acting skill - her early TV work in 1987 Australian drama 'Vietnam' was outstanding, her best work.
but as far as american cinema goes, at the time, she was a pretty face for ticket sales. just goes to show an actor can play many roles in the business, and possibly how one can work their way to the big leagues
@@ofobservances2860 yeah but definetely she wasn’t an “action movie star”..
It is very odd. By “The Hours”, she’d already had several acclaimed turns: “To Die For”, “Dead Calm”, “Eyes Wide Shut”, “Moulin Rouge”, and “The Others”. Five extremely diverse, successful performances.
This was my favorite film at like idk 14? Why was I attracted to such characters? They sad as F*ck. great film, innovative story, seamless
Same. I didn’t know exactly what is was really about but I knew I loved that movie..
