Kagerou's "tonari machi no kanojo" PV upscaled to 1080p for better quality on youtube. From their Last Live DVD (released 2007.03.28). This one was a bit difficult due to the film grain effect in some parts! Think I'm finally happy with the upscale. Hope you enjoy it!
