I called in Tescos this morning. Three days before Christmas and it is sheer insanity, queues down every single aisle. I walked straight back out! Whatever I wanted was just an afterthought, no way was I waiting in that, I’ll do without! Have already stocked up on the 8p veg, all prepped & ready in the freezer. Turkey was bought last week, pigs in blankets & stuffing wrapped in bacon all prepped & frozen, all my fixings for puddings are bought, & nibbles made in advance & waiting in the freezer. But every year about now the shops seem to get worse and worse…what was that nonsense about a recession again..? Still, Season’s Greetings to all and sundry, hope you enjoy it the way you want to!
Mine wasn’t too bad thankfully! Just the usual amount of people. But I did mine Thursday & Friday. And just hope what I got stays fresh and needless to say, my cupboards and fridge are full now so I can’t get any more anyway!😂

Great video. I love how well organised you were. For me, the worst part would be serving it all up at once & making sure it’s all hot enough. Just curious, how many jugs of gravy did you have? I always need LOADS of gravy. I once had a roast dinner at a friend’s house & she didn’t make any gravy. It was so dry & hard to eat. I like the look of the stuffing sandwich. I’ll have to try that. She had a salmon pastry that I got from Iceland. Like a pasty but it had salmon and spinach and a bit of sauce. She loved it. I have bought them before from Aldi as well x
