I reached $138k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and insights you've shared with me over the past few months. I began this journey in October 2024. Financial education is essential for over 70% of the population, as only a few are truly literate in this area. Thanks so much Natalie Rose Strayer.
I’m in the same boat, moving away from Schd after reaching my goal of 1500 shares and now actively searching for a schd sibling that I’m planning to go all in for about 12 mos. My list also includes VIG, FDVV, DGRO, and CGDV. The issue I encounter is many of the holdings are tech heavy within some of the etf’s i have looked at, and i’m already heavy into growth stocks. I am leaning towards VIG but the price point has me hesitating.
I have 3000 shares of SCHD, and have been building my position in SPYI (currently 950 shares). I want to increase my holdings of JEPI & JEPQ (currently less than 300 each). I've also been eyeing QQQI as well as some stocks like HQH and PAXS. Open to other recommendations as well.
I've been holding NEOS's SPYI and QQQI for a couple of years and really like them too. That said, the new-ish Proshares ISPY and IQQQ are doing better than NEOS while having a lower expense ratio. And that said again, the even newer-ish Goldman GPIX and GPIQ are doing slightly better than the Proshares while having a even lower expense ratio. The Proshares ETFs are performing a bit better price-wise, but the Goldman ETFs have higher yields. Goldman also has a steady distribution amount, like NEOS, while Proshare's distribution amounts are a bit more variable.
I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Charlotte Grace Miller for helping me achieve this
I'm celebrating a $30k stock portfolio today. started this journey with 6k. I have invested on time and also with the right terms now I have time for my family and the life ahead of me
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
I'm at an absolute loss as to why anyone would be in these kinds of sad QUARTERLY paying funds when there a funds that pay MONTHLY like JEPI and JEPQ!!!!
Dividends from SCHD are generally taxed at the qualified dividend rate, often providing a tax advantage over ordinary income rates for many investors. However, current market attention is centered on Nvidia, which has significantly contributed to the S&P 500’s recent earnings growth. Nvidia’s stock, up over 90% year-to-date, gained another 2.5% on Monday in New York, propelling the Nasdaq 100 to a new record high. I’m actively seeking new opportunities to enhance performance within my $350K portfolio and open to strategic ideas.
I believe the next significant trend will be in Artificial Intelligence. For sustained growth comparable to what META achieved, it’s essential to avoid impulsive decisions based on short-term market movements. Prioritize patience, maintain a long-term outlook, and, most importantly, consult a financial advisor for well-informed investment decisions.
Many underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they experience setbacks driven by emotional decision-making. A few summers ago, following a challenging divorce, I needed a significant boost to stabilize my business. I conducted thorough research on licensed advisors and found one with exceptional credentials. Despite inflation, she has successfully grown my portfolio from $275K to $850K.
This is certainly significant! Could you recommend any professional advisors I could consult with? I’m in urgent need of strategic guidance on optimal portfolio allocation.
Rebecca Lynne Buie has consistently been my top recommendation. She’s widely recognized for her expertise in financial markets and has a strong track record. I highly recommend her.
Thank you so much for the recommendation. I've always been intrigued by investing, and your message has truly inspired me. I'll look her up and reach out soon. Best wishes to you!

I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Natalie Strayer, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
You trade with Natalie Strayer too? Wow that woman has been a blessing to me and my family.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I was skeptical at first till I decided to try. Its huge returns is awesome. I can't say much.

With Vanguard you can buy fractional shares if your account is within Vanguard
My 2024 focus has been SCHD/SPYI and will continue to build out my position in those in 2025. I did just begin a position in DIVO today actually.

How much do you invest every day?
What about DGRO which is what I havein addition to SCHD?

The very first time we tried, we invested $1400 and after a week, we received $5230. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.

Consider VTI for growth and some dividends
That's a great fund for true balance ans great total returns. That's a great move and Vanguard has that low cost too
I would go with the one with the lowest expense ratio.
I am a fan of DIVO, but why not rotate buying all three?
divo is great i currently own 300 shares at has been great.
Why quit.. if you believe in the fund / methodology why wouldn't you keep buying.. forever... Seems weird.. Your portfolio has too much crap in it...
I like what you said.
Possibly yes I know I am almost at my schd goal in my taxable account at Schwab after that I'm funding some VYM and VNQ with schd dividends.
VIG is great too. And it is also low fee
SCHD didn't do too well today for me
Dude its one day...
SCHD focus on share size over time.
I love VIG
You can't go wrong with that fund
DIVO did better, much better when market drops!! Best option
Stay away from the magnificent seven to lessen the wild swings. Steady grow like utilities and staples. Vgu
DIVB 🙂
DIVB has done well this year.
I'm at an absolute loss as to why anyone would be in these kinds of sad QUARTERLY paying funds when there a funds that pay MONTHLY like JEPI and JEPQ!!!!
Just invest in JEPG and you are set.
DIVB
