In my 5 years of college in USA，I went home and back like 4 times during summer and winter breaks. 3 of those were with ANA. All 3 of them got upgraded to business class cabin, because I chose to fly in the hot season, and I am a ANA mileage club memeber. I don‘t think other airlines have been this generous. I rode with United a couple of times as well, and was a club member, but they never once gave me the benefit, even if I fly during busy season on busy lines.

csabo1725 it’s really not the standard in the lounges nobody cares. You really think people with children are walking around in business casual NO they aren’t. Everytime I fly with my family on vacation we go to the lounge and we dress in sweats and sneakers.being dressed casually doesn’t make you a slob. It’s a an airport who actually cares what people wear at an airport.
I loved flying ANA (Business class). My trip was wonderful flying to and home from Japan. The two and a half weeks in Japan wasn't bad either! Narita's ANA lounge was fantastic. They really treat you well. Thanks Paolo. Your vids really helped me with my planning.
This is probably because I am Japanese but personally, I have found that ANA’s service is the best out of all the airlines I have used in the past. I recently stupidly missed the flight but they issue the new ticket with the flight I selected. Recently flew Singapore Business class and some cabin attendants were not friendly at all which never happened before and I was quite disappointed about that. On the other hand, I have used ANA many years and the quality of service never changed.
I loved this. I’m Native Hawaiian and we have a horse and cattle ranch where we can take out tourist on guided tours. Hands down my favorite people to take out: Nihonjin from Japan! SO polite, SO much fun. Love the culture, the people, and can’t forget the food! One day I’ll be flying out to visit.
Went on economy ANA last year in spring and it was the best flight ever! And it was a long trip from Florida to Japan too. The ladies are super sweet and helpful too plus they served amazing food. Next time I want to go on the economy plus after seeing this video! Really nice!
That looks like a great Premium Economy product! Love the lounge access and the TV screens look amazing! I managed to get a point redemption on ANA first class once from Frankfurt to Haneda. That was spectacular experience.
The legendary procrastinator Thai Air or Korean air. I love the a380 though... it’s nice being able to hang out in the duty free room at the back. I’d say the service was not as good as the other lines I mentioned though
Ana is one of the few airlines that give you lounge access for premium economy passengers. The Ana lounge near satellite five at Narita is a lot larger than their lounge at satellite four.
JAL and ANA have been the two best airlines I've ever taken whenever I'm flying from Indonesia to the US. Something about their service is awesome. Unfortunately ANA is in the same group with United lol, and United's international flight is like massive step down from ANA.
My first trip to Japan was on ANA, not premium economy (just regular peasant economy lol) and it was an arduous nonstop flight (14 hrs I think) but it was still better than any domestic airline I've been on.
Great video! It is SHOCKING how different airlines are between countries. I flew from the East Coast US to Hawaii and my Premium Economy flight was NOTHING compared to yours and Miko’s. Yours looks like First class!

I sure wish these airlines would change up the non-resuable plastic bag thing for something a little more eco friendly. Pretty nice set they gave you though and that food! 🔥
Just found this Channel the other week and been 'catching up'. I'm an aviation buff and live five miles away from HNL and half a mile left of the landing approach to the airport. Pre-Covid, I liked to catch the KAL and ANA Jumbos fly past me from my balcony. I might've seen your plane flying in when you were filming that morning! The only Jumbos I see now are now are cargo planes. Looking forward to seeing Passenger Carrying Jumbos flying into Hawaii.
You can buy Japanese beer here in Canada! Saporro and Kirin and Ashai. YUM YUM!! And it is surprising ANA bought the A380. Only three of them for the flights to Hawaii. ANA was the launch customer for the B787 too. They got the first two.
Love the A380.. my favorite plane... took SQ11 to Narita....never have i been so attended to. lets you know that you're not on an American carrier. Don't even get me started about my food allergies.... they really prepare well. worth the money.
2 of my favorite local places (where the tourists don't go) to eat is Leewards drive inn in Waipahu, and St Louis drive inn in Kaimuki. pro tip, if you can't make it to the north shore for Matsumoto shave ice, try Waiola shave ice in McCully.
have fun in hawaii! flew ANA premium economy LA-Narita RT - 1000% worth it! got ~6 hrs sleep, arrived at 5am, well rested and spent the entire day out and about. 777 so no side bins like A380 but still very comfy. didn't book premium; used the feature where you bid to upgrade w/in 24 hrs of the flight - saved some $ that way but will book premium next time.

Singapore business class not that great. I flew from JFK-FRA-SIN and SIN-JFK. the food wasn't that good.
