At 6:17-6:45 those Riflemen you were talking about. Am I the only one thinking it would be cool if one or two of them were snipers. Also at the end, the guy with the Thompson who would get the medal of honor got killed by a tank crewman.

I was thinking they should have springfields too. Or even some french riles. But yeah, that's how war heros go. Good enough to change the course of a battle. Not good enough to be killed by what they don't expect.

uninformedcactus 2122 That just shows anything can happen in battle, cause it doesn't matter whether or not you are a medal of Honor recipient, a good shot or a lucky stray bullet, no matter the caliber, or who fired, it can kill you.

Daniel Campbell, the man alongside him, and the two guys at the top of those other stairs and especially the one with the Thompson, all deserve the Medal of Honor. They were going OFF
This was incredibly satisfying. Daniel, the man, the legend, the hero. Adding some paratroopers would be pretty cool. Overall, I really liked this video.

I loved how accurate the map was to the actual place. I've been, and I actually recognized some of the streets and staircases.

Hey Diplex, you'd be surprised to learn that the Germans never used the isle as a fortress, merely just came in to visit as tourists. They just left the entire isle alone, leaving it French.
What's surprising is that Mont Saint-Michel dealt with 2-3 sieges up until the 1600s, in real life.....

The one thing I wish MOWAS2 had (or I wish a mod added) was improved offensive AI. Like make the AI better at advancing through buildings so they don't just let themselves get immediately shot
Seeing this video again makes me sad that this map isn't on the workshop and can't be downloaded

Urban combat really helps the defenders. Not because it makes real life sense, just that the AI can't do covers

Diplex, I love your videos but you need to start doing things differently, the majority of your videos consist of everyone running in a straight line and getting mowed down or slaughtered in a choke point, and yes I understand it's poor AI but could you try and prevent that to the best of your abilities? Also, it seems repetitive, per 4 videos it seems 3 are D-Day and 1 is star wars, and the scenarios just kinda all seem the same, I do enjoy your videos and I love waiting to see what's next but I'm only saying this as a concerned fan and I am not trying to bash on you, keep up the videos and work, I truly admire it!

Yes! The AI sometimes is too dumb to not to interact! It' is ruining the "reality" of these battles!
He coult implement more scripts, squad per script so they coult aqually do more.
true that. he has once again become lazy. He said he tested this 40 times! 40! in that same time he could have made an hour long vid or 4 parts something. Once again he shows how lazy he is. just mindless charges.
You should bring Daniel back for another battle if he survives the second assault, station him somewhere else, like an invasion force or something.

I have been there too, and I must say this map is pretty much 100% accurate.
I wish that every building, every street, and every inch of the city is crawling with Americans so that it would be a massive street fight. I want to see them brawl(Hand-to-hand), I want every street covered with blood.

I am recreating the map, but i am having a lot of trouble in the abbey, today i just spent 9 hours making it.
The map is a work of art.
They should have a thing where certain buildings can be entered (You could place soldiers in windows/have breaches) and also more destruction like buildings falling or something

the first staircase scene was more epic. The final death street was just a slaughterhouse. Too bad two of the medal of honor recipients died. But that 35 kill guy man he did work. Never underestimate a well placed MG.
