Try menstrual cups if you are not comfortable with pads. I feel they are great, far less messy and environmentally better than sanitary napkins. You won’t have that wet feeling or unpleasant odour with cups. You literally forget that you are menstruating! It’s a life changer.

After a long day at work n shoot, you will love it if u use it in the night. In fact me n my daughter use it during our periods. Legs n hands feels soo gud 😊. I also tried this Sun scoop sunscreen recently after seeing a whole lot of reviews. It was quite gud. Nextl, I have been using Nua pads for the past 5-6 years. They are soo soo gud. You can give it a try And lastly the hair wrap towel is for tying on your wet hair after bath and to be tied opposite to the way u tied. It's a quick dry towel and available in plenty. Suits people with short hair. Doesn't help greatly for those with long hair. 😊😊
