There’s no way in hell Adam Cole weighs over 200lbs. I’m an inch taller and have more thickness and muscle in my pecs, lats, back, biceps, triceps, and legs…and I’m 195. Not trying to put myself over folks, I’m just a dad who tries to stay in peak condition. But as a personal trainer and nutrition coach you learn to spot things like that.
