    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • ½ tsp black cumin seeds
    • 2 tsp oil
    • 1 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1 tsp chaat masala
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 cup roasted vermicelli
    • Oil to fry
    • Salt as per taste
    Making for red chutney:
    • 7-8 dry red chili
    • 10-12 garlic cloves
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • Salt as per taste
    • Vinegar 1 tsp
