I don't think they are trying to take credit for the song. It's only stating the song title and who's singing it. Most songwriters are not known, but believe me when it's time to be paid they receive the bulk of what's being paid. Even I know this song is from South Africa. Also, Darius Paulk who is performing this in the video is well acquainted with not being acknowledged or paid for writing a song that is known and sung worldwide. He of all people would not do this.
