Italian cuisine is not often on the chefs menu of the day. It’s a great change for everybody. Lasagna should be on rotation at least monthly. Thanks for all your great videos!
I am born and raised 100% Italian. I have never ever thought to do this. When warming up left over Lasagna it's always been in the microwave. BUT NOW, I'm going to try grilling it!! YES what a great idea!!! My Lasagna is only 4 layers but I can throw on some more. I also make it with white sauce and a layer of Bolognese. Thank you Thank you Thank you for such a fantastic idea!!! I wonder if my Nonna will turn over in her grave lol
i figured out the multiple gravy challenge: i'm just going to make ONE roux then split it up across chicken beef and vegetable stock. thanks for the inspiration as always!

Grilled lasagna you sold out amazing job chef every customer left happy you might have to make more lasagna next time I like how your staff was working with you to get the customer's what do you want it for lunch like I said you have an amazing kitchen staff Maria's your new number one she's an awesome chef just like you I like how you and Maria communicate and how you communicate with the rest of your staff you always make good breakfast and lunch for your customers then the night guys coming to do dinner time all your customers leave happy
Chef, were those regular pasta sheets or that "no boil" variety? I love the simplicity of the sauces in the pasta. And bolognese is always a good choice! Thanks for the video.
It's a shame they couldn't slide off a chopping board or greased flat to land straight onto the grill, something to help make that process a bit more comfortable - but still a great epic co-ordination dance and cool extension for lasagne. Take-out bowl version was the winner for me. Nice work.

The lasanga sold out very fast I would recommend rhat you add it as a weekly entree maybe on Wednesday and Fridays and make like 50 servings or portions to see how that goes

Man this is really a perfect meal with the salad and garlic bread. Brilliant to do the bolognese separately to have a veg option.
