WAllahi when ustadh abdurrahman hassan حفظه الله talks about women in islam my heart is relaxed. Im not a feminist but when some people talk about the station of women in islam it just make my heart feel at unease May Allah preserve him and his imaan
*The best fast after the month of Ramadan is fasting in the month of Allah, al-Muharram.* Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1163 *“Religion is sincerity (naseehah)”* They said, “To whom, O Messenger of Allaah?” He said, *“To Allaah and to His Book, to His Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and their common folk.”* Sahih Muslim
33:56 For anyone who wants to watch the previous episode where Ustaad asked this question, the episode name is #21: How the Quraysh fought the prophet at around the 53:54 mark. Also it will be really if someone can share the answer to the question the Ustaad put forth. JazakAllah Khairan
Some of the scholars speak about the wisdom of plural marriage and you say stick to one wife. If you don't know or practice plural marriage, why make a blanket statement like this. So, here's my question to you which the shaykh he asked. What happens to the women over 40, 45, 50 years. Women who are divorced, not beautiful-the list goes on. Should they remain single?
He prophet saw undoubtedly loved khadija ra more as she was one of the four perfect women while aisha ra was the second best to them, prophet saw has unambiguous statement that allah has not given him better then her and for his love respect for her and the fact that allah gave her more virtues then the other wives. While the evidence used for aisha ra are all ambiguous statement which can be refuted hence khadija ra was undoubtedly more loved respected and was of higher status as one of the four perfect women and with this she was undoubtedly more beloved to allah and his messenger saw and as mentioned here while all wives ra of prophet saw made mistakes with him she ra never did. One last khadija ra as ustadh mentioned was more viruous hence you will see aisha ra mentioned the things she felt jealous of and her virtues always proved more virtuous one is aisha ra had more knowledge but khadija ra was wiser.

The 2 backbones of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA); Khadija b. Khuwaylid (pbuh) & Abu Talib (pbuh).
Abu talib died as a non muslim.
Abu talib doesnt get a pbuh, as he passed as a nonbeliever
Abu talib was non Muslim unfortunately
