I don't think I ever cared more about an Olympic performance than when Shaun White had to nail that last halfpipe run. I was so scared but it was so epic!
Shaun's run was AMAZING!! I was so happy that he pulled it off!
So Shaun white is a 3 time gold medalist. Good for him I'm happy for him

I met Sean white on January 6, 2018 (my 24th birthday) .in big bear Mountain California
a couple months later he wins gold AGAIN that was epic
Also, Ayumu is 19, not 17. Very talented snowboarder though and has a bright future ahead of him.
How long do snowboarders usually compete. I'm not that familiar with the sport but i would love for him to have a long career (:
To be honest, its so inconsistent. You can see riders like Shaun White who are at their top level and they're among the eldest in the contest. It also depends on the discipline of snowboarding. I'd say Slopestyle and Big Air has the youngest retirement age, then pipe, then boarder cross and finally slalom. Also a big factor in retirement from competition (in freestyle) is snowboarders starting to choose to go into filming (not necessarily their age or level). Travis Rice retired from competitions when he was at the top of the game, he just moved to something he was more interested in. Same with Torstein, he left when him and Mcmorris were the top big air snowboarders. Filming is a huge part of snowboarding, its not easy to understand unless you're into snowboarding (its not like other sports that are based on competition). Many athletes like Halldor have left competitions to film early because thats not their thing.
I much preferred Ayumus style, super smooth, beautiful to watch.

Could anyone explain me why we cant watch here on youTube all kinds of Olympic sports from PyeongChang???What has happened with Olympic ideas to show the winter sports to people from all over the world, especially the young and kids...Im a teacher in the Nursery school and my pupils from the age 3 to 6 love all sports. It was 2am to watch Olympic games on line!!! So we hopped we would watch it HERE later that day. But no! Even now, 2 weeks after the games ended we could watch NOTHING here. What a different from Sochi 2014! Shame on you what you have done for the money!

navigation of this site is horrid. Try to find the winter Olympic events to watch in full (as I have been able to do with previous Olympics on here in the past), but I don't understand how your site is laid out. I mean, it may be logical to someone else, but, I couldn't find full replays of the events, be it just finals, or heats. Considering how easy it is on youtube to type in specifically what you want, why is that not a feature on your own website, especially if you are trying so hard not to allow the world to watch sporting events that have already happened on youtube?
