U need a bunch of stuff like the luck Game passes, activate Shrines (from the dungeon), complete Titan Trials, Full Summer Fortune/Blessed Units (10 units max), Luck Potions, gametime luck multiplier upgrade (I'm currently over 1100 hours playtime but I still need to get to 1250 for the X LUCK upgrade)
