Yes can use it by yourself if your're married or not. His name can be added to the DEED. If he has A1 credit that will get a lower interest rate will be the only real reason you'd have to add him or unless you need him for income, but based on the homes you showed your VA will be enough to cover it if you don't have a lot of debt to income ratio.

@@ladyydeecongratssss on your journey 🎉🎉. I’m on mine as well. To answer your question my husband is not on my loan but by law because we’re married in the state of Florida he has to go on the deed. Where I live you have to be married to go on the deed.
