Here's a little trick: When I freeze fresh fruit, I lay them out on a cookie sheet and freeze them completely. Then, when they are completely frozen, I bag them up and put them back in the freezer. There is less of a chance for the fruit to become a giant fruit ice cube.

Two days ago my mom who is 64 with two neck fusions already fell and fractured a vertebrae in her back. Winnie on the paddle board was the best thing I have watched all week. That is same to me Michigan is used to cold weather not warm so when its eighty degrees out we are dying
Their heat is different though. They have next to no humidity so it sounds really hot but for some it actually might be more tolerable.
