Sir I have doubt 1) In switch mode regulator transistors are used in either cut off or saturation region. Because in the saturation region transistor have very low rdson 2) In linear regulator they used in active region, in activee region they drop voltage across the transistor because transistor is not full turned On. please explain me if I am wrong.
