The accents are amazing in this song. I'll never understand when people say they don't like it. It's 💯 a middle eastern accent. The beat is even a middle eastern tune. Without the accent, half the words wouldn't rhyme.

When Eminem dropped relapse I hated it because of the accents and gave up on it after about a week. 5-6 years later I started hearing songs off the album again and realized what he was actually talking about with the concept of the album and the way he was bending words that don’t rhyme making them rhyme and now I love the relapse album. One of my favorite Eminem albums of all time.
One thing that remained consistent for the last 3 decades - do NOT piss Shady off. (though we all seem to benefit when he is.)
There are few songs without accents like ' Beautiful ' ' Crack a bottle '..
Eminem dropped relapse which had this song on it dissing nick and Mariah, Mariah shot back with obsessed, and Eminem finished the beef with the warning.

The accents were because he’d just re-learnt how to rap after his OD. He was using it to help himself hear internal rhymes again. He basically had to relearn everything including talking after he came out of hospital
