I bumped into Shaun a few years back at a good friends funeral after not seeing Shaun for years. Such an ace dude, instantly like we’d never lost contact. Haven’t seen Owen for years and years but also seems the same. Nice well produced content Henry, good work dude.
It’s a sign of a good friendship when you can drift apart for a long time (years even) and when you reunite, you can just pick up where you left off. They really are both great guys. Thank you for your kind words, I really do appreciate that 😊
Thanks for this Boxing Day treat! I think the story with Fierce Panda is that Simon was interested in signing them if they could do regular gigs in London but that didn’t end up happening. He almost signed Andy’s band WSUOR years later as well but that didn’t quite work out either. I emailed Simon a few years ago and he managed to find his original hand-written notes from when he heard the Death Metal CD back in 2000! Someone has put it up on Wikipedia.
