- A very simple, delicious and beautiful recipe - every housewife can do it!
Incomparably delicious pastries for tea instead of bread! This is a very tasty and simple recipe!
This pastry is fantastically delicious and has such an original taste.

INGREDIENTS:
100 ml warm water.
100 ml warm milk.
1 egg white.
80 ml sunflower oil.
Mix.
Add 7 g yeast or 15 g fresh yeast.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
0.5 teaspoons of salt.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g wheat flour through a sieve.
Mix well in a bowl.
The dough should become elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Put the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into triangles.
Fold the triangles of dough together.
Repeat after me.
Repeat all these steps with all pieces of dough.
Roll out the dough / divide the dough / fold the dough.
It's beautiful!
Place your favorite jam or marmalade in the center of the dough.
Leave the rolls on the table for 15 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Brush the rolls with egg yolk and milk.
Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
Let the buns cool completely!
