- Frisco returns to the apartment expecting Felicia, but finds Tony instead. And Felicia's note. Frisco confides in Tony the truth about Felicia's heritage and the whole adventure. Tony, as usual, is as cautious as a grandmother and his caution is no match for Frisco's instincts, which are always faultless.
Frisco wants to go after his princess. He tells Tony Felicia's whole story; it's become his story now.
Tony believes Frisco's tale based on the strength of his feelings for Felicia. Frisco says "she's different." Tony replies, "You can say that again."

I totally believed they were brothers, Tony and Frisco were so believable! Frisco and Felicia are my favorite, back when General Hospital had the best love stories and stories period!
