Spain's INCREDIBLE New High-Speed Train | Iryo | Barcelona - Madrid

Welcome to another video! Today I'll be taking a trip aboard Iryo, Spain's brand-new high-speed train service from Barcelona-Sants to Madrid Atocha. Iryo began passenger operations in November of 2022, as the third company to offer high-speed train service on the busy Madrid-Barcelona High Speed line. The company is jointly owned by Air Nostrum, Trenitalia, and Globalvia. Iryo has a fleet of 9 brand new Frecciarossa 1000 trainsets built by Hitachi Rail Italy, with a total of 20 trains in the order. We'll reach blazing speeds of up to 300 km/h (186mph). I' be traveling in Infinita Class, which is Iryo's highest level of service. It was an incredible journey, and the onboard service was top notch! Join me as I ride aboard Spain's latest and greatest high-speed train from Barcelona to Spain's capital city, Madrid!

Love your video although the picture was somewhat blurry. I am riding the rails from Barcelona to Milan next January. All routes rrequires several transfers so I wish you or another UA-cam vlogger would take that trip before then and give me a preivew of what to expect on that 10-+ hour ride. Thanks Dan, Sam
