Between the new silk mask and the weighted mask wich one is better? I haver never used a weigted one but I do have sleep problems and insomnia, I use a 3D mask (generic) and I really like it but its getting old, and i want to buy a new one. Please ill really appreciatte your recomendation. Maybe the pro its better than the silk idk
