I have already installed a lot of qualcom drivers ( manually mode and automatic mode) and still not finding anything. the fastboot flash doesnt work to. My device is a xiaoxin tab 2022 TB128FU unlocked. what can i do to install the TWRP and turn de DEBUG MODE ON?

Hi mate, as of now, there is no TWRP Recovery for Pixel 7 series, mostly due to the complexities involved. All the ROMs launched for Pixel 7 Pro could easily be flashed either via Fastboot Commands [fastboot update rom.zip] or via their own set of recovery invovling ADB Sideload [such as LineageOS Recovery for LineageOS]. So owing to all this reasons, you shouldn’t expect the recovery for this or the upcoming Pixel either, until some developers go out of the way to help us. Moreover, apart from flashing ROM and wiping device [both of which are now taken care by Fastboot Commands], the major missing factor is the inability to take Nandroid backup. In this regard, the closest that we have reached is via third party app Swift Backup [root] which does it decently well.
