I was literally just thinking to myself the same thing. But, I must say the operative word there is "selfishly"" because I'm going to selfishly miss this man's presence on Earth when he passes away as well. John MacArthur's strong, Biblically aligned and solid, unapologetic faith and ministry led me back to the Lord after years of running from his Word and a walking, living faith in Christ alone. How TRULY GREAT is it that because of Christ alone, this man will be missed but his death here can and will be celebrated in knowing the second he takes his last breath he is in the presence of the all LIVING, MIGHTY GOD who will turn to him and say "Well done, my good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.’ Mathew 25:21 - Truly to die with Christ is to gain. I will still cherish every day we have rare, faithful servants like John MacArthur still here though. He ain''t gone anywhere yet ;) Love this man. Love RC Sproul too who has since gone to be with the Lord. I imagine he's waiting on John MacArthur's entry as well (they were dear friends ;) )

Pastor John seems to have become the Paul, Peter, John, etc, of our time. I am so grateful for his humility before the LORD. Pastor Adrian Rogers was another humble before God teacher.

I'm fairly new in the faith. Denied Jesus for 20 years until God opened my eyes and revealed the truth of the magnificence of Christ's grace and love to me. So, I'm still drinking my milk daily and growing into the man God made me to be. John MacArthur is my pastor and he provides me with my milk each day, yet I live on the other side of the world and will most likely only meet this man and shake his hand in heaven one day. These days, if someone had to ask me who my hero or role model is, besides Jesus Christ himself, John MacArthur is my definition of how a pastor and, generally speaking, a man should be. He is my hero. Thank you so much John MacArthur, simply for being the man you are and for helping people like me give glory to our Father each day.

I always will go to remember Pastor John Macarthur. Although he is not my Pastor, he has much to do with my growth in Christ. I have learned a lot throughout the weeks and years by listening to his teachings. His messages are always very accurate and explained in an expository way, and it has been beneficial to me. Therefore because of that, I've grown spiritually and in character, understanding the Holy Bible in a truly profound way, and I've come to grips with what it means to take my cross on a daily basis. Therefore every true Christian young lady if they have the desire to get married, should ask God to send someone in love with Jesus, like John MacArthur. Kind Regards

Therefore I look up to people like Pastor John MacArthur, Peter Master from the Tabernacle/ London, and my Pastor obviously. I went through two heart procedures in the past year. And they had me on a horrendous amount of prescription drugs. I lost 50 lbs. In about ,3 months, I could barely walk (I fell down alot)..... I looked the drugs up and their side effects, that's when I stopped taking the drugs. I couldn't continue to live like that. I had to stay in bed most of the day. Now I'm better and stronger now, putting some weight back on. Please don't tell me doctors and pharmacist know everything about illnesses, they don't!!

I watch a lot of content from dissenting Christian content creators with different theological views. There’s a good chunk of them who despise Dr MacArthur just because of his theological/doctrinal positions. Even if I didn’t agree with him, it’s horrible to see some comments in these other places who are wishing judgement on him in this time of poor health, and coming to this comment section, I rejoice to see the people of God come together to support him! What a godly man John MacArthur is. Listening to him as he is walking towards glory makes me feel so blessed to have come across his teaching. He is clear, faithful and has a wonderful understanding of the word of God. Albeit it is a work of blessing for him but it is hard work and takes courage and determination to spend your life immersed in the word of God as he has done. A salad recipe - Organic Romaine or Organic Kale, Organic Arugula, Organic Mint, Organic Basil, Organic chopped Green Onions, sliced organic strawberries around (2), organic orange peeled and chopped up (1). Sometimes I add organic brown mushrooms sliced and sauté’ in water (vitamin D). Can add part of a chopped tomato (optional), some canned artichokes or asparagus that has been water sauté’ or vegetables of your choice maybe used. Some Organic canned beans low sodium or dried beans cook in the Instant Pot or on the stove have some B vitamins, protein, and magnesium. I use Napa Valley Balsamic Vinegar and usually use (2) slices of fresh lime as a salad dressing. Helps energy levels.

Pastor John seems to have become the Paul, Peter, John, etc, of our time. I am so grateful for his humility before the LORD. Pastor Adrian Rogers was another humble before God teacher.

I'm fairly new in the faith. Denied Jesus for 20 years until God opened my eyes and revealed the truth of the magnificence of Christ's grace and love to me. So, I'm still drinking my milk daily and growing into the man God made me to be. John MacArthur is my pastor and he provides me with my milk each day, yet I live on the other side of the world and will most likely only meet this man and shake his hand in heaven one day. These days, if someone had to ask me who my hero or role model is, besides Jesus Christ himself, John MacArthur is my definition of how a pastor and, generally speaking, a man should be. He is my hero. Thank you so much John MacArthur, simply for being the man you are and for helping people like me give glory to our Father each day.

I went through two heart procedures in the past year. And they had me on a horrendous amount of prescription drugs. I lost 50 lbs. In about ,3 months, I could barely walk (I fell down alot)..... I looked the drugs up and their side effects, that's when I stopped taking the drugs. I couldn't continue to live like that. I had to stay in bed most of the day. Now I'm better and stronger now, putting some weight back on. Please don't tell me doctors and pharmacist know everything about illnesses, they don't!!

I watch a lot of content from dissenting Christian content creators with different theological views. There’s a good chunk of them who despise Dr MacArthur just because of his theological/doctrinal positions. Even if I didn’t agree with him, it’s horrible to see some comments in these other places who are wishing judgement on him in this time of poor health, and coming to this comment section, I rejoice to see the people of God come together to support him! You really can tell who belongs to our beautiful Jesus based off of your countenance and humility and grace.

A salad recipe - Organic Romaine or Organic Kale, Organic Arugula, Organic Mint, Organic Basil, Organic chopped Green Onions, sliced organic strawberries around (2), organic orange peeled and chopped up (1). Sometimes I add organic brown mushrooms sliced and sauté’ in water (vitamin D). Can add part of a chopped tomato (optional), some canned artichokes or asparagus that has been water sauté’ or vegetables of your choice maybe used. Some Organic canned beans low sodium or dried beans cook in the Instant Pot or on the stove have some B vitamins, protein, and magnesium. I use Napa Valley Balsamic Vinegar and usually use (2) slices of fresh lime as a salad dressing. Helps energy levels.
