I appreciate how they infused the routine with their own cultural flare. Team Jamaica (as well as others) will only get stronger. Look out US. I can see this as an Olympic sport. Remember the introduction of beach volleyball. Elite cheerleading is much more difficult. Also gymnasts that didn't make the olympics can get a second chance through cheerleading
For people saying this isn't Good, they tried their best at doing what they love, and I'm pretty sure this is the team that practice outside on concrete, they don't have the resources they need but they tried their best x

This is completely different from what we normally do this is us trying to do something similar to what you do internationally and quite frankly i am damn proud of it.I AM JAMAICAN.

Hey, haters, so cheerleading isn't about being the best. It's about coming together as a team doing YOUR best, growing as people and athletes. They've got room for improvement, but did great at coming together as a team, and getting themselves to another country to represent their own.
these countries do have the training tools for it! all of these countries have gymnastic teams that do just fine in the olympics so i'm pretty sure the cheer teams could use the tools the gymnasts do. the only reason they're not as good as the U.S is because the U.S has been doing this for way longer.

Honestly anyone can see that it was a bit sloppy but you can also clearly see the passion. I commend this whole team for making it this far and not only representing jamaica but the caribbean as a whole! Some places don't have the resources that other teams do to have perfect music, chore and tumbling, maybe you all should take that under consideration. Focus on how cheer has brought all levels and people together to compete. Don't be ignorant, because everyone at some point has busted like that

Jamaica is not a cheer-leading country however, this Jamaican cheer-leading team seem to love what they do and were willing to step up the the mat and face their challenges. They wont be as good as the Americans however I am proud that they had guts to represent us. I am sure most of you cant even do a descent toe touch.
the main reason why teams from other countries dont excel is because they dont have the training tools, gyms and coaches we have. It would be cool if there was an organization that travels to these countries, helps coach for a week or two, maybe donate some training mats and boost their confidence. America wins every division almost evry time. That is the number one reason why cheer is not an olympic sport. Because the teams from other countries barely have a chance

I love the SE and WC Shooting Stars music part. Those toe touch face plant hehe. I think some parts they did well. And some they messed up. I don't know other teams that may or may not be better than this team, so I can't comment on that part. But over all I think they did well. I love they random Oh Yeah voice overs. I think it's oh yeah

Cheerleading is still new in their country, and people need to realize this. American all star cheerleading did NOT look the way it does now when it first stared decades ago. Give it some time, and other countries will give America a run for their rings.
