It is really a high quality material and very ingenious, to have everything in one bag. I live in Spain from Europe and it reaches my house in just over five days, on the other side of the big pond. It's really incredible, the work of these guys.
Thank you for these vids. I appreciate the help with them all even though i watched em out of order. I just got a set today and ordered a bunch more stuff from their website. Be cool to consolidate so much into one pouch.
The kit in the plastic holder is what is in my range bag. Useful and light, my crappy old back does not appreciate range bag content creep. Have you tried their bolt disassembly tool?
Yeah I actually bought the bolt tool to try and will have a video on it soon. Bottom line is that it works well on factory Remington actions BUT doesn't work well on some custom actions like my Defiance or Borden and some others (not sure exactly which will or won't).
why do scope mount makers use T10 screws? Can't they stick with T15 size or larger? T10 strip too easily, especially when trying to remove a tight screw. Stripped a few T10, even the impact rated ones from Milwaukee. Had to tap a T15 into the screw to remove it.
According to the fixitsticks website, the holes in the ends are for bits. The molded bracket is supposed to hold 18 bits total - 12 in the body, 4 in the sticks, 1 in each end.

The Fix It Kits are cool, but a bit on the pricey side for me. But thanks for sharing this.
I totally a agree that they're a bit pricier than some other options but for me they fit my need perfectly so it's worth it.

I agree. My current mounts use a t25. Love that they do.

That totally makes sense but maybe it's for slightly longer bits? I tried the standard bits and they seem to get lost in there??
Opticsplanet has been awful lately. Ive completely stopped even looking there because i dont want to deal with the waiting/shipping.
I totally understand and that's why I said what I did. That being said, I ordered mine and had it in about a week.
